Ingredients: Kewadatshi

  • 1/2 box processed cheese
  • 4 chopped potatoes
  • 2 large onion, chopped
  • 2/3 capsicum
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • water
  • garnish
  • 1/3 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1 chilli flakes (optional)

How to Make Kewadatshi

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Kewadatshi in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the cheese into very fine pieces.
  • Step 2
  • In a pan, put potatoes, chopped onions, capsicum, green chillies and vegetable oil. Then pour water till the level of the vegetables. Don't put too much water.
  • Step 3
  • Bring it to boil for about 5 minutes in low flame. Then put salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover it if needed.
  • Step 4
  • When the potatoes are cooked and water level is much more reduced, put cheese and stir. Keep on stirring until cheese is melted nicely.
  • Step 5
  • Off the flame. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and garnish it with coriander leaves.
