  • 1 tbsp butter with canola oil (land of lakes)
  • 2 pinch onion salt

  • Heat avocado oil on med.-high heat in a 10 inch skillet.
  • Step 2
  • Add garlic and cook few mins. till it starts to lightly brown.

  • Step 4
  • Add beets, McCormicks and pinch of salt. Stir and cover for 5 mins.
