  • 1 ring Kielbasa
  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth (bullion)
  • 1 tsp Thyme Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

How to Make Kielbasa and Cabbage

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Kielbasa and Cabbage in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut kielbasa into 6 pieces, then slice lengthwise. Fry over high heat till brown on both sides. Remove from pan.
  • Step 2
  • Wipe pan clean. Add butter. Chop cabbage and onion to bite size pieces. Add to pan. Saute 10 min.
  • Step 3
  • Add broth and spices. Cover, simmer 10 min.
  • Step 4
  • Slice kielbasa into bite size, add to pan. Cover, simmer 10 min. or until you like. Serve.
