  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 hot italian sausage
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp HP/A1 steak sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs (italian style if possible)
  • 5 slice bacon

How to Make Killer Meatloaf

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Killer Meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients aside from the bacon.
  • Step 2
  • Add meat mixture to raised loaf pan. This will allow any grease and drippings to escape and avoid a soggy loaf.
  • Step 3
  • Cook loaf at 400℉ for 20 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • After 20 minutes. Remove loaf and line the top with bacon.
  • Step 5
  • Place bacon wrapped loaf back in the over for another 20 minutes at 400℉ or until bacon is crispy on top.
  • Step 6
  • Best served with either ketchup or HP/A1 steak sauce and a bit of hot sauce.
