  • 100 grams Pasta
  • 100 grams Kimchi
  • 1/2 bunch Chinese garlic chives
  • 50 ml ●Milk (or soy milk)
  • 1 ●Egg
  • 1 slice ●Sliced cheese (not melting)
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 Black pepper

How to Make Kimchi Cream Pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Kimchi Cream Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, add the ● ingredients (milk, egg, torn up cheese) and mix.
  • Step 2
  • In a frying pan, heat olive oil and add the kimchi and chives cut into 4 cm lengths. Saute lightly.
  • Step 3
  • Turn the heat to low and add the mix from Step 1. Mix together. As the cheese melts, it will thicken the sauce. Turn off the heat.
  • Step 4
  • Toss with boiled pasta and mix together. Add some black pepper to taste.
