Ingredients: Kimchi Fried Ramen

  • NOODLE OPTION
  • 3 packages Any ramen /instant noodle or any noodle
  • 150 grams kimchi
  • 4 egg
  • 2 deseeded Red chili pepper
  • 2 deseeded green chili pepper
  • 1 bunch spring onion
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander leaf optional
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • POUNDED PASTE
  • 4 pounded garlic
  • 4 pounded shallot
  • SEASONING
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce

How to Make Kimchi Fried Ramen

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Kimchi Fried Ramen in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • COOK RAMEN
  • Step 2
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil then add ramen/instant noodle and let it simmer for 3 full minute then drain set aside
  • Step 3
  • Pound garlic and shallot then set aside
  • Step 4
  • KIMCHI RAMEN
  • Step 5
  • Oil in pan sauté pounded paste till fragrance then add cooked ramen with kimchi and eggs
  • Step 6
  • Once egg start to set then stir fry to mix and add seasoning
  • Step 7
  • Add spring onion and chili pepper and stir fry for about 1 minute till ramen are dry and lightly brown at the bottom
  • Step 8
  • Off heat and serve
