  • 2 tbsp Kinako

    Step 1
  • Cut the bread into suitable sizes. This time I sliced it into 14 pieces.
  • Step 2
  • Put them on a plate and microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes. Mix them once, and then microwave for another 1 and 1/2 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Try one, and if it's crunchy, move on to the next step. If it's not crunchy, microwave for another 30 seconds.
  • Step 4
  • Put the butter in a plastic bag and melt it over hot water. Add the bread sticks, and shake the bag so the bread sticks are coated.
  • Step 5
  • Add the kinako, sugar and salt, and shake. They are done when evenly coated with the kinako.
