  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 medium bell pepper, any color, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup fire roasted peppers, diced
  • seasoning I.e. salt pepper, oregano, basil, onion powder, ect
  • 8 oz boiled noodles of your choice
  • 1/2 cup plain speghetti sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Kitchen sink goulash in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Sautee onions and peppers with garlic till tender (use a dash of ovil oil). Takes maybe 7 minutes
  • Step 2
  • Add roasted peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Add seasoning to taste. I LOVE seasonings. Dont be scared..throw in what ever you have that you like.
  • Step 3
  • Bring to simmer.
  • Step 4
  • Remove from heat, add noodles
  • Step 5
  • Mix together and sample.
  • Step 6
  • Add speghetti sauce, and extra seasonings to taste,
  • Step 7
  • Bingo, kitchen sink goulash.
