  • 4 potatoes
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

How to Make Kookoo

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Kookoo in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil potatoes.
  • Step 2
  • Cool potatoes down with cold water and the peel potatoes.
  • Step 3
  • Mash potatoes.
  • Step 4
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Step 5
  • Meanwhile, heat some olive oil in a large pan.
  • Step 6
  • Add the beaten eggs and grated carrot to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  • Step 7
  • Add spices and baking powder. Mix well. If the mixture isn't thick enough, or if it crumbles while frying, add some all purpose flour.
  • Step 8
  • Add to pan in even seized servings.
  • Step 9
  • Flip and fry on other side. Add olive oil when needed.
  • Step 10
  • Serve.
