  • soak miyeok for at least 30 minutes. drain
  • Step 2
  • Add miyeok to pot of boiling water. stir for 30 seconds
  • Step 3
  • Remove miyeok and rinse in cold water. squeeze gently to remove excess water

  • add soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, sugar and spring onion. mix
  • Step 5
