  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooking sake
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 dash Pepper

    Step 1
  • Slice the tofu 1 cm thick. Put the sliced tofu on paper towels, and microwave for 1 minute to drain off the excess water. Sprinkle with a little salt. Combine the sauce ingredients.

  • Heat up some oil in a frying pan, and pan fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides!
  • Step 3
