  • 5 eggs
  • 1 pound cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 cup raisins (optional)

How to Make kugel

  • Cook noodles according to directions on package
  • Step 2
  • In a large bowl add each ingredient then mix it in
  • Step 3
  • Pour into greased 9x14 inch baking dish
  • Step 4
  • Make sure raisins are all covered
  • Step 5
  • Bake in 325F oven for 50-60 minutes, until lightly browned on top
  • Step 6
  • Serve warm or cold
