Press the biscuit mixture into a slice or lamington tin (depends on how thick you want the biscuit mix) refrigerate until firm .
  • Step 4
  • melt the family block of chocolate in a heat proof bowl over simmering water or the microwave in short busts , mixing after every burst , until melted completely , then pour melted chocolate over set biscuit base and sprinkle with the 1/3 remaining crushed violet crumble or chocolate bar of your choice ontop of the melted chocolate before it sets and Refrigerate .

  • Before slice set completely cut it into bite size pieces and then place back into fridge to set completely . serve cold and enjoy . :-) .
