  • 1/2 fresh lemon squeezed
  • 2 tsp 7 spice
  • 6 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp sugar

How to Make Laham bi ajeen

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Laham bi ajeen in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • With a stand up mixer add 1/2 cup warm water to the bowl with the 1/8 tsp of sugar and stir and let sit for 5 minutes

  • While your dough is set aside to rise in a large bowl add your minced beef tomato garlic onion red pepper parsley cayenne pepper lemon honey mixture and 7 spices mix really well then set aside
  • Step 5
  • Preheat oven to 350 ° f
  • Step 6
  • Once your dough has doubled in size tear of a small peace and roll it out and place it on a cookie sheet
  • Step 7
  • Take 1-2 tbs of meat mixture and spread it over the dough ( you can add more meat if you like but I don't like a lot of meat on them )
  • Step 8
  • Bake for 15 minutes and take them out and remove them from sheet and repeat steps until they are all done
