  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1/4 tbsp Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 salt
  • 1 water

How to Make Lamb Stew (Arabia)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Lamb Stew (Arabia) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put the lamb on the saucepan with the olive oil. Have the heat on Medium.
  • Step 2
  • Flip the meat until it is cooked from outside as in picture.
  • Step 3
  • Add garlic, onion, and spices on top of the meat. Flip and mix the meat with the other ingredients.
  • Step 4
  • Add water and bring the water to boil and cover the saucepan. Keep it between medium and low heat.
  • Step 5
  • After 40 min, Add tomato, pea, carrots, and tomato pasta sauce.
  • Step 6
  • After 30 min, add the potatoes and fresh Cilantro Leaves if wanted. Keep it between 10 min and 15 min.
  • Step 7
  • You can eat it with pita bread or rice.
