  • 6 lasagna noodles
  • 9 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shreded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cup marinara sauce

How to Make Lasagna Rolls

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Lasagna Rolls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook noodles according to instructions, drain Blanch spinach, drain preheat oven to 375
  • Step 2
  • Combine eggs, cheeses, spinach, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  • Step 3
  • Spread 1/3 cup mixture on each noodle and roll.
  • Step 4
  • Pour 1/2 marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish (size for 6 rolls). Place rolls in dish.
  • Step 5
  • Top with remaining sauce, if desired top with extra mozzarella cheese (not included in points).
  • Step 6
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until heated thoroughly.
