  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 zucchini, cut into 1/4" slices
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free biscuit mix
  • 2 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free biscuit mix
  • 1 cup small curd creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make Layered Beef & Zucchini

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Layered Beef & Zucchini in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2
  • Grease 8x8x2 baking dish.
  • Step 3
  • Brown & drain ground beef.
  • Step 4
  • Place zucchini slices in single layer on bottom of dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup gluten-free buscuit mix. Top with beef & spaghetti sauce.
  • Step 5
  • Mix cottage cheese & egg. Then add 1/2 cup gluten-free biscuit mix until soft dough forms. Spread over sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Step 6
  • Bake uncovered until hot & bubbly, about 30-32 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
