  • 2 tsp French mustard
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 6 Shallots (sliced)
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 5 Rashers of bacon
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
