Ingredients: Lazy rice :)

  • 1/3 cup good quality jasmine rice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 diced prefer vegetables,i use mushroom,carrots,onion,some sesame
  • 6 prawns
  • 1/3 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch cilantro

How to Make Lazy rice :)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Lazy rice :) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Good quality rice is kind of ready to use ,cleaned only add in rice cooker,add water ..add diced vegetables,seasoning with salt and pepper ,start rice cooker
  • Step 2
  • After 12 mins ,open the lid to see if there is no water then its time to add prawns ,chopped cilantro ,cover lids ,let it cooked
  • Step 3
  • After rice cooker switch to cooked ,still cover lids 3 more mins ,(to make rice softer),then open to see the lazy rice result ..nomm nomm..if you want more taste seasoning before start the rice cooker ,mine is plain because i serve with spicy curry :)
