  • 2 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla

How to Make Leah's Baked Oatmeal

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Leah's Baked Oatmeal in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix the first 8 ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
  • Step 2
  • In another bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mix well.
