  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

  • 4 tbsp bacon fat
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 salt&pepper
