  • 2 tbsp ◎Water
  • 1 rounded tablespoon ◎Sugar
  • 1 Mayonnaise
  • 1 dash Japanese leek (green onions)

How to Make Leek and Mayonnaise Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Leek and Mayonnaise Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pierce holes in the skin of the chicken thighs with a fork.
  • Step 2
  • Cut the thighs in half, then rub them with the seasoning ingredients (marked with ★). Allow the chicken to sit for 15 minutes.
