  • 50 grams coconut
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • Decoration
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 coconut

    Step 1
  • Mix the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Step 2
  • Add the eggs to the butter mixture.
  • Step 3
  • Add the créme fraiche and lemon juice to the butter mixture.

  • Put evrithing in a pan lined whith baking paper.
