  • 3 cup vegetable stock or Chicken stock(you could use broth but stock has more flavor)
  • 1 1/2 cup long grain rice
  • 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped or torn small
  • 1 the juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 salt to taste

How to Make Lemon Parmesan Italian Rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Lemon Parmesan Italian Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Bring your vegetable stock to a boil and pour in the rice. Turn the heat down to simmer, and simmer for roughly 20 minutes with the pot lid on.
  • Step 2
  • Remove the lid and add all remaining ingredients and continue to simmer on low for about 5 minutes. Continue to stir so rice doesn't stick. Fluff with a fork and serve!
