Ingredients: Lemonade Pie

  • 1 1/2 cup finely crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup Butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 6 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 few drops of yellow food coloring
  • 1 lemon peel for garnish

How to Make Lemonade Pie

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Lemonade Pie in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 350°
  • Step 2
  • In medium bowl, mix first 3 ingredients. Press graham cracker mixture firmly against bottom and side of 9 inch pie plate. Bake about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool crust 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • In large bowl, use mixer and mix ice cream, lemonade concentrate and food coloring. Add ice cream mixture in cooled pie crust.
  • Step 4
  • Freeze about 4 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature a few minutes before cutting. Garnish with lemon peel. Store left overs in freezer.
