  • 1/2 ☆Japanese leek
  • 2 ☆Umeboshi (or tubed)
  • 1 packet ☆Bonito flakes
  • 1 tsp ☆Sesame oil
  • 1 tiny bit (to taste) ☆Soy sauce

How to Make Light and Refreshing Soba with Natto, Pickled Plum and Bonito Flakes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Light and Refreshing Soba with Natto, Pickled Plum and Bonito Flakes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Blanch the okra for about 1 minute, and soak in cold water. Slice into thin rounds.
