  • Crust
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 cup skim milk mozzarella (or the fresh homemade mozzarella you can find on my profile!)
  • 1/4 cup lite Parmesan
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup lean ham, turkey, chicken or turkey sausage
  • 1/2 cup peppers
  • 1/2 sliced tomato
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

How to Make Lite Pizza

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Lite Pizza in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven 400° Mix all crust ingredients into a soft dough. Press into a pizza pan.
  • Step 2
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Add sauce and all toppings
  • Step 4
  • Cook for 15 mins or until cheese is bubbly and a tiny bit browned.
