Ingredients: Load Mashed potatoes

  • 8 red potatoes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese(cheddar)
  • 6 piece bacon
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 salt and pepper

How to Make Load Mashed potatoes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Load Mashed potatoes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash and chop potatoes. In a large pot place potatoes and cover with water.
  • Step 2
  • Add salt to water and allow to cook until potatoes are tender.
  • Step 3
  • Cook bacon. And set to the side.(I chop mined before cooking)
  • Step 4
  • Drain potatoes. And place back into pot. Add butter and milk .
  • Step 5
  • Mash potatoes to desired consistency. Stir in sour cream, cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  • Step 6
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Add its ready to serve.(I left the skin on the potatoes but u can also peel them)
