  • 1 large head Cauliflower
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 6 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cup colby jack shredded cheese or cheddar
  • 8 oz container sliced mushroims(optional)

How to Make Loaded Cauliflower

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Loaded Cauliflower in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400°F after bacon is cooked then to 425°F.
  • Step 2
  • Cook bacon in oven for 20 min.
  • Step 3
  • In large pot boil water and cook cauliflower for 8-10 min., drain and let cool.
  • Step 4
  • In LG bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 crumbled bacon, 3 Tbs chives, 1 cup of cheese and cauliflower. Mix well.
  • Step 5
  • Place in baking dish.
  • Step 6
  • Cover with remaining cheese and rest of crumbled bacon.
  • Step 7
  • Bake for 15-20 min.
  • Step 8
  • Top with remaining chives and serve.
