  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup each, dried cranberries, chopped pecans ,coconut, and dark chocolate chips

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2
  • Butter and flour a 9" by 13" pan
  • Step 3
  • In a mixer, beat butter and sugars until very creamy, about 3 minutes

  • Beat in flour and baking soda until just blended. Do not over mix

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

  • Cool in pan and cut into squares.

  • Keep in air tight container only for several days but most likely won't last that long
