  • 4 -6 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 3 Green onions, chopped
  • 5 strips bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 an onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 -2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • salt and pepper

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Loaded potato casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400 °
  • Step 2
  • Heat frying pan on the stove on medium -medium high. Sauté onions and bacon.
  • Step 3
  • Mix together potatoes, broccoli and green onions in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
  • Step 4
  • In another bowl, pour in soup, milk, cheese,garlic and salt and pepper. Mix together. (Reserve cheese to sprinkle on top I'd desired)
  • Step 5
  • Drain the bacon and onions (carefully ) when the bacon is nice and brown.
  • Step 6
  • Pour bacon mixture evenly over the potato mixture.
  • Step 7
  • Spread the soup mix on top of that, mix carefully if desired. Sprinkle more cheese on top if it pleases you.. more cheese only makes everything awesome.
  • Step 8
  • Cover with tin foil and bake for an hour.
