  • 1 lb sausage, bulk
  • 1 lb cauliflower
  • 1 1/3 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated onions
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 2 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder
  • tomato sauce mixture
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

How to Make Loafing

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Loafing in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit
  • Step 2
  • Microwave the cauliflower on high for 9 minutes drain excessive liquids
  • Step 3
  • Mix the garlic, marjoram, salt, five spice powder, onion, ground beef, shredded cheese, parmesan, cauliflower and sausage. Form into a loaf. make a groove down the middle.
  • Step 4
  • Mix 3 tablespoonfuls of tomato sauce with honey
  • Step 5
  • Add tomato sauce mixture on top. If any mixture leftover add after its baked, add to it.
  • Step 6
  • Put into an oven safe dish bake for 90 minutes.
