    Step 1
  • in mixer bowl add all purpose flour, sugar, salt, yeast , oil .turn on and mix. about 1 minutes you use hook to mixer. 1 cup at a time warm water and mix about 2 to 3 minutes. cover dough with plastic warp and a towel. let rest about 1 hour . punch dough down.divide dough in 5 to 6 pieces shape at like a balls and cover with wet towel. divide the dough on a lightly floured surface, roll each half into rectangle 9×14 inch. in small saucepan add 1/2 cup all purpose flour and 1/2 cup water mix and stir cook about 2 minutes make a soft and smoothie dough. turn off the heat. on top the dough that you made a rectangle with brush put the soft smoothie dough. with your finger mark all the dough. for garnishing put poppy seeds .oven heat 450°F cook about 20 to 25 minutes.
