  • 1 1/2 tbsp gelatin
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 can longans (I used a 565 grams can)

How to Make Longan Jelly

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Longan Jelly in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix gelatin and water and stir. Leave it for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Drain the longans. Collect the syrupy water, about 250 ml.
  • Step 3
  • Arrange the longans in the molds.
  • Step 4
  • In a pan, use low heat to warm the syrupy water. Add the gelatin and stir well until it all dissolves.
  • Step 5
  • Pour into molds. When the liquid has cooled, put the molds in the fridge to hasten the jellying process.
