  • 1 small Cucumber

  • 1 bit less than 1/2 teaspoon ● Salt
  • 1 dash ● Pepper

  • Cut the lotus root into 3 mm or so thick slices, and put in a bowl of water with a little vinegar added to get rid of any bitterness.
