  • 200 grams Plain yogurt
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Powdered gelatin
  • 3 tbsp Ice-cold water

    Step 1
  • Sprinkle the gelatin into the ice-cold water. Leave for 15 minutes to absorb the water, then dissolve in a microwave or double-broiler.
