  • 1 cup tomatoe soup OR 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic minced - more or less according to taste
  • 1 onion powder to taste
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Red pepper to taste
  • 1 whatever spices sound good to you!
  • 3 tbsp parmasean grated - divided
