  • 50 grams Red Pepper
  • 50 grams Green Pepper
  • 30 grams Red Onion
  • 60 Mixed Leaves
  • 2 medium Boiled Egg Whites
  • 100 grams Diced Cooked Chicken
  • 4 each Cherry Tomatoes
  • 10 ml Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 1 small Dy Pan Fried Walnuts
  • 1 slice Wholemeal bread
  • 1 medium Grated Carrot

How to Make Low Calorie High Protein Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Low Calorie High Protein Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Turn oven on to 160c. Mix chilli powder and paprika with a drop of water or oil and marinade the chicken before putting in the oven. When placed in the oven leave until cooked through, approx 20 minutes. Alternatively boil the chicken for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Prepare vegetables and leave in a bowl. Pour balsamic vinegar over salad leaves and vegetables and mix well.
  • Step 3
  • Heat a dry frying pan on a medium heat. Add the crushed walnuts to the pan shaking frequently to avoid burning. Remove from heat after approx 3 mins and add to your salad.
  • Step 4
  • Assemble food and enjoy
