  • 200 ml Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Gelatin
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • Boiled Apples
  • 1/2 Apple

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Low Calorie No-Bake Cheesecake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel the apple and divide into quarters. Place into a heat-resistant container and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes at 600 W.
  • Step 2
  • Once cooled, dice into 1 cm cubes.
  • Step 3
  • Soak the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water.
  • Step 4
  • Place the heavy cream, PAL sweet, and lemon juice into a bowl. Whip with a whisk.
  • Step 5
  • It will harden quite quickly.
  • Step 6
  • Add the yogurt and continue whipping.
  • Step 7
  • Microwave the gelatin from Step 3 until it begins to boil and dissolve. Remove from the microwave immediately and add to Step 6. Quickly mix it together.
  • Step 8
  • Mix in the chopped apples.
  • Step 9
  • Pour Step 8 into the pan. Make sure you pour it so that the apples are dispersed as evenly as possible.
  • Step 10
  • Place into the refrigerator and chill. Once it hardens, it's done. Remove from the pan and cut into pieces. Serve.
