  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 10 inch whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cup broccoli slaw

  • spray frying pan with cooking spray and brown chicken over medium heat. season with pepper and garlic salt
