  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 packages stevia
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup wheat bran
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • cooking spray

  • Preheat griddle to 350°
  • Step 2

  • Add wheat bran, baking powder, flour. Mix well

  • Step 7
  • Apply cooking spray to griddle.
  • Step 8
  • Pout batter on griddle. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup.
  • Step 9
  • Cook 1 to 3 minutes until edges are slightly firm. Then flip the pancake cook the other side until golden brown.
