Ingredients: Lychee Panna Cotta

  • 5 grams Gelatin powder
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 150 ml Heavy cream
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Rum
  • 200 grams Lychee (canned)
  • 1 for accent! Mint leaves (optional)

How to Make Lychee Panna Cotta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Lychee Panna Cotta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine the gelatin and water.
  • Step 2
  • Combine the heavy cream, milk and sugar, and heat. Don't let it come to the boil.
  • Step 3
  • Dissolve the gelatin over a double boiler, and add to the mixture from Step 2. Mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Add the rum.
  • Step 5
  • When it has cooled so it is warm to the touch, pour it into glasses containing the lychee, and leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours to finish!
