Ingredients: Macadamia Nut Cookies

  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3/4 cup unrefined light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

How to Make Macadamia Nut Cookies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Macadamia Nut Cookies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°. Process macadamia nuts & milk in food processor about 2 mins, or until smooth (use 2-3 tb milk).
  • Step 2
  • Sift the flour, baking soda, nutmeg & salt and sour into nut mixture to form smooth paste.
  • Step 3
  • Roll the mixture into balls & dip into granulated sugar. Place on baking sheets & flatten slightly, criss-crossing with a fork. Bake 8-10 mins or til golden. Cool on wire racks
