  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup croutons or bread crumbs(wheat)

  • cook elbow macaroni for 9 min

  • drain, cover, and set aside

  • Cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly; gradually add milk
  • Step 6
  • Cook an stir over medium heat until mixture boils; simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly

  • Gradually mix in cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted
  • Step 8
  • Add pasta; mix together lightly. Pour into 2-quart casserole
  • Step 9
  • Top with croutons and bake 25 minute
