  • 2 sheets Shiso leaves
  • 1 Egg

  • 1 pinch ★ Salt and pepper
  • 1 Lemon juice

How to Make Mackerel Hamburgers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Mackerel Hamburgers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Flake the fish and mix well with an egg. Add the thinly chopped shiso leaves and ★ ingredients and keep kneading.
  • Step 2
  • Form a hamburger patty. Slap with your palm to flatten and to release air pockets.
  • Step 3
  • Make a well in the middle for a quick cooking time and cook in a pan. Cover with a lid and cook over medium low heat. Once one side has cooked, flip over and lower the heat until cooked, then it's done!
  • Step 4
