    Step 1
  • Soak the soy meat in hot water for 5 minutes and squeeze the water out. Put in a bowl and add the sake, soy sauce, grated ginger, grated garlic and sesame oil.

  • Mix well and marinate for about 5 minutes. Remove any excess liquid and coat with katakuriko. Deep fry in oil.
  • Step 3
