  • 2 grams ☆Salt
  • 20 grams ☆Canola oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 50 grams ☆Beet sugar
  • 55 grams ☆Soy milk
  • 2 grams Baking soda
  • 20 grams Shredded coconut
  • 50 grams Dried fruits (minced)

How to Make Macrobiotic Granola Bar

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Macrobiotic Granola Bar in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine the ☆ ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • Step 2
  • Then add all the other ingredients except for the shredded coconut and dried fruits, and stir evenly.
  • Step 3
  • Mix in the dried fruits and shredded coconut.
  • Step 4
  • Spread out a sheet of parchment paper and place the dough from Step 3 on top. Cover with plastic wrap, then use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to an even thickness.
  • Step 5
  • Use a pizza cutter or a knife to cut the dough into bars (make whatever shapes you like).
  • Step 6
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ℃ for 20 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • Reduce the heat to 130 ℃ and bake for 5 more minutes. Once they've become crispy, they're done!
