  • 2 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • 2 med, red potatos-- chopped
  • 1 small onion-- chopped
  • 4 cup stock -- i use chicken
  • 1 can , 10 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 small can green chilies-- optional
  • 1 can black beans, optional
  • 2 13 oz cans chicken, optional

    Step 1
  • add oil to cast iron skillet heat until a sprinkling of water dances
  • Step 2
  • put cornmeal in skillet, stir until meal is golden in color
  • Step 3
  • add tomato sauce + 2 cans of water
  • Step 4
  • add all veg, cook on med heat until tender
  • Step 5
  • add all spices and seasonings
  • Step 6
  • add stock, cook for 15 min
  • Step 7
  • serve hot with crispy tortilla strips
