  • 1 pack Maitake mushrooms
  • 2 Green peppers
  • 1 heaping spoonful from the spoon that comes with it Kombu tea
  • 1 tbsp Sake, soy sauce
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil for stir frying

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Maitake Mushrooms & Green Pepper Kombu Tea Stir-fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Shred the maitake mushrooms with your hands. Cut the green peppers in half vertically, slice diagonally, then julienne.
  • Step 2
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and add the green peppers. When the peppers are coated in the oil, add the maitake mushrooms and stir-fry.
  • Step 3
  • When the maitake mushrooms are tender, add the kombu tea and sake. Continue stir-frying and pour the soy sauce in the side of the frying pan. Toss and then season with pepper.
