  • 2 lb organic ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 5 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1/2 tsp each oregano and Italian Seasoning
  • 2 jars of spaghetti sauce

How to Make Mandy ' s Meatballs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Mandy ' s Meatballs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Step 2
  • Preheat cast iron pan. The pan must be very well seasoned in order to put the spaghetti sauce in. You cannot cook acidic food in a new cast iron pan.
  • Step 3
  • Crumble beef into a bowl. Add all other ingredients except sauce.
  • Step 4
  • Mix well. Form into balls.
  • Step 5
  • Brown meatballs on all sides. You may have to do this in batches.
  • Step 6
  • Place in oven. Cook for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Step 7
  • Place back on stovetop. Add sauce. Simmer until cooked through. I cook mine for at least 30 minutes after adding the sauce because we hate it watery.
  • Step 8
  • Serve over spaghetti.
  • Step 9
  • Warning: Once your family tastes these you will never get away with frozen meatballs again! !!!!
